The 122th Board of Directors Meeting of Provati Insurance Company Limited, held recently through virtual platform. The meeting re-elected Md. Momin Ali, Chairman and Maruf Satter Ali of Vice-Chairman. Prior, 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held while Md. Momin Ali, presided over the meeting. The AGM approved 17 percent bonus share for the year 2020, said a press release.
