Proshika, a non-government organization, approved Tk 515 crore budget for the fiscal year 2015-16.
The budget was approved in the 38th Annual General Meeting of Proshika, held on Friday at the Proshika Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), Manikganj, with its founder Chairman, Dr Qazi Faruk Ahmed in the chair.
The meeting has discussed on special probe report, audit report of the current fiscal year, annual report of the Proshika Legal Aid Services. Besides, the AGM also discussed and reviewed the guidelines of various development programme related to poverty elimination.
The meeting unanimously accepted various preparatory proposals for the 4oth founding anniversary of Proshika, to be held in 2016.
