Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sherif stressed the need for promoting ICT-based education to make class teaching easily understandable, interesting and attractive among students.
“The education friendly government is working on introducing digital campus gradually across the country so that children can find their lessons more interesting in multimedia classrooms and understand their lessons easily,” he said.
He said this on Saturday while speaking as the chief guest on inauguration Pakshi North Bengal Paper Mill High School building at Ishwardi upazila in Pabna district.
President of school governing body Jishu Bikash Chowdhury presided over
the programme while Pabna upazila executive officer Nasrin Akhter, Ishwardi
upazila chairman Mokhlesur Rahman, Pabna district Awami League joint
secretary Bashir Ahmed Bakul were present, among others.
