An 11-member proctorial body of Jahangirnagar University (JU) was reformed on Monday night while Professor Tapan Kumar Shaha of Chemistry department was made the new proctor.
Earlier, immediate past proctor Professor Muzibur Rahman resigned from his post showing personal reason at afternoon on Monday.
Others assistant proctors are, Assistant Professor of Bangla department Najmul Hasan Talukder, Assistant Professor of Archaeology department Shikder Md. Zulkarnain, Assistant Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology department Selina Akter, Assistant Professor of Marketing department Nigar Sultana, Assistant Professor of Physics department Humayun Kabir, Lecturer of Zoology department Inamul Haque, Lecturer of Geography and Environment department Md. Mehedi Iqbal, Lecturer of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology department Md. Mahmudul Hasan, Lecturer of Journalism and Media Studies department Sheikh Adnan Fahad and Lecturer of Geography and Environment department Tanjinul Haque Mullah.
