Prof. Dr. Sultan Muhammad Razzak, President, International Culture University has been awarded “6th Asia’s Education Excellence Award” by The World Education Congress, CMO Asia and CMO Council. The Award Giving Ceremony was held at “Pan Pacific Marina Square” Singapore on August 12, last. The criteria of award is “Education Leadership Award”. On behalf of him the prestigious award was received by Rupon Shorma, a volunteer of International Culture University in Singapore.
It may be mentioned Prof. Dr. Sultan Muhammad Razzak, the founder of International Culture University has introduced the first virtual and research university in Bangladesh, which is mainstreaming UNESCO Convention 1972, 1954, 1970, 2001, 2003 and 2005, through online distance (cross-border) learning.
