Professor Dr. Nazrul Islam formally joined as the new Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB).
On December 26 2018 (Wednesday) he joined the CUB.
Professor Dr. Mohammad Mahfuzul Islam, Vice-Chancellor, Canadian University of Bangladesh received the new Pro-Vice-Chancellor in a ‘welcome ceremony’ at the auditorium of the University.
As Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Islam will work with academic and professional colleagues to develop a distinctive approach to curricula, embracing digitization and encouraging experimentation in and outside of the classroom.
Prior to joining as the Pro- VC, Dr. Islam has served various private universities like NSU, EWU, BRAC and public universities like Khulna University of Bangladesh. He achieved “Education Leadership Award 2018” of CMO Asia and “Bangladesh Education Leadership Award 2017” for the Best Professor in Business Administration.
