Prof GolamMohiuddin, former Syndicate members and Dean for two terms of Business Administration of Chittagong University joined as Vice Chancellor of IIUC.
President approved his appointment as per law of the Private University Act 2010 for four years terms.
Prof KM Golammohiuddin has 39 years teaching career .He joint Chittagong University in 1978 as a teacher Department of Accounting. He was promoted as a professor in 1994 and act as Chairman of the department from 1998 for three years period. He was the elected Syndicate member.
He comes of a respectable Muslim family at the Village of Gohira under Rouzan Upazila.
His father was Moulovi Abu solaiman and mother name is Mrs. AmenaKhatun. His Grand father Prof Siddik Ahmed was a professor of presidency College in Calcutta.
He passed SSC from gohira high school with first division. HSC from Govt. Commerce college in 1972 with first division and complete his B.Com honor’s
Degree from Chittagong University and stood first class 2nd in 1976 and obtained Mastersdegree with 1st class first in 1977.He obtained CMA Degree in 1983.In 1987 he obtained MBA Degree from Western Illinoi University in America. Says a press release.
