Prof Dr Saiful Islam, Vice-Chancellor, BUET as chief guest inaugurated a tree plantation campaign’ 2018 by planting a sapling organized by the Rotary Club of Dhanmondi Dhaka on Saturday at the east side of Dr MA Rashid Bhaban of BUET campus premises. Special Guest of the event was Rtn Md. Samsul Alam Mallick, President Rotary Club of Dhanmondi Dhaka. Among others, Rtn Asstt Governor Rtn IPP Farhana Ferdous, PP Prof Dr Golam Rahman, PP Yusuff Harun Ashrafi, PP Md. Nurul Haque, PP Engr Abdul Qayum Khan, PP AM Rafiqur Rahman, Rtn Mir Masharraf Husain and Dr Ahsanul Kabir and Dr Samsul Haque, Professor of Dept of Civil Engineering, Dr Shaikh Anowarul Fattah and Dr Samia Subrina, Prof Dept of EEE, BUET, Comptroller, Md. Jasim Uddin Ahmed, FCMA, Chief Engineer, Engr Md. Nurul Momen, Dr Engr AKM Jahangir Alam, BUET were also present on the occasion.
