Prof Dr Md Didar-ul-Alam, Vice-Chancellor of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), inaugurates the institutional e-mail service of the varsity at a ceremony held in the Hazi Mohammad Idris Auditorium of the NSTU on Tuesday.
