Prof Dr GU Ahsan has been appointed as the Dean of Health and Life Sciences School at North South University (NSU).
In addition, he has also been appointed as the member of Technical Advisory Committee of WHO South East Asia region. He was the Chairman of Department of Public Health at North South University. He is also invited as a temporary adviser to the Regional Director to attend the inter-country meeting, held from October 14-16 in New Delhi, for strengthening regional framework and developing research action plan.
He is one of the internationally reputed epidemiologist and specialist in public health section of this region.
