Producer of Shakib Khan’s movies Rongbaaz and Panku Jamai Mozammel Haque Sarker has died from coronavirus. He breathed his last at Corona Unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) at 11:00 pm on Monday.
He was recently treated at a hospital in Uttara with breathing difficulties. When his condition deteriorated, he was taken to DMCH where doctors declared him dead.
Haji Barek Mia, a close friend of Mozammel Haque Sarker and Secretary of the Gazipur Chandna Jame Mosque informed that Mozammel was buried next to his own built mosque at Monipur in Hotapara, Gazipur, after Asr prayer on Tuesday. Mozammel Haque was the proprietor of M/S Bhawal Pictures. Apart from Rongbaaz and Panku Jamai notable films produced by him are Mon Bose Na Porar Table e and Raja Babu 420.
