The High Court (HC) on Tuesday stayed the proceedings of four cases filed against BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on charge of murder and sabotage.
The HC also issued rule upon the respondents to show cause as to why they should not be directed to scrap the cases filed against Mirza Fakhrul.
