Finance Minister AMA Muhith said the complete probe report on the Bangladesh Bank (BB) reserve heist will be made public after Eid.
He came up with the statement while briefing reporters at the finance ministry on Tuesday afternoon.Before leaving Dhaka for Russia on May 14, the finance minister assured that the report will be published after coming back from Russia. After the completion of Russia tour, AMA Muhith said, “I have been busy as budget session is continuing and it will continue till June 30. Afterwards, Eid vacation will begin. Therefore, the complete probe report on the heist will be made public after Eid.”
The probe committee led by former Bangladesh Bank Governor Mohammad Farashuddin submitted the interim report to the Finance Minister on April 20 and full report on May 30.
