Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu has called upon the people who believe in communal harmony to resist the country-wide killing and anarchy committed by the communal evil forces.
The Industries Minister made this call as the chief guest on Tuesday while he was attending a function on the occasion of the Saraswati puja held at Mahanagar Nattyamanch here. Bangladesh Secretariat Puja Udjapan and Welfare Parishad organized the function.
Terming the followers of the eternal religion as the real force of the non- communal sprit and values, the minister said so the anti-liberation evil forces were repeatedly strike on the people of the Hindu community.
The communal evil forces had tried to take revenge by committing killing to the followers of the eternal religion including leaders and activists of the Awami League across the country during the post poll period, the minister added. Chaired by Puja Udjapan Parishad president Sunil Chandra Majumder, the function also addressed, among others, by State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder, State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Narayan Chandra Chanda, and Parishad’s Joint Secretary Anup Kumar Baroi.
