Ruling Awami League-backed teachers ‘Blue Panel’ of Dhaka University (DU) has won the university’s Syndicate, Academic Council, and Finance Committee bagging all the 13 posts.
The Pro-BNP backed ‘White Panel’ has not secured any post of the highest decision-making body of DU. In the last Syndicate election in 2018 White Panel won only one post.
The election was held at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of the university from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Tuesday.
