The final match and prize distribution ceremony of Feni District School-based team Chess Competition “MARKS ACTIVE SCHOOL CHESS CHAMPS-2022” was held in collaboration with Feni District Police organized by Feni District Sports Association at Police Line Drill Shed on Monday.
Superintendent of Police of Feni District Zakir Hasan presided over the final and prize distribution ceremony . Member of Parliament of Feni-02 Constituency Nizam Uddin Hazari MP was present as the Chief Guest. Feni DC Abu Salim Mahmud-ul Hasan, Feni Municipality Mayor Nazrul Islam Swapan Miyaji were present as special guests. Feni District Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Mohammad Badrul Alam Mollah, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Obs) Nadia Farzana along with representatives of sports organizations, chess coaches and school teachers and students were also present.
In the ompetition Feni Girish Adarsh Academy won the 1st place, Chhagalnaya Government Pilot High School won the 2nd place, Feni Government Pilot High School was achieved the 3rd place.
