The prize-distribution ceremony of the 1st Division Chess League held this morning at the Bangladesh Chess Federation hall room in the city.
League champion Fire-Service & Civil Defense Sports Club received Taka 15 thousand with trophy and medals while runners-up Mir Chess Club got Taka 10 thousand as cash prize with trophy and medals and Basir Memorial finished third position in the meet.
Others position of the league are 4th-Access Chess Club, 5th-SAIF POWERTEC, 6th-Mohakhali Pradip Sangha, 7th-Agrani Bank Limited Daba Dal, 8th-Debdas Biswas Smirity Sangsad, 9th-Kasparov Chess School and 10th-Farashganj Sporting Club.
