Premier show of movie Priya Tumi Sukhi Hou, directed by Geetali Hasan, was held at the Blockbuster Cinemas in Jamuna Future Park in the city recently.
Managing Director of Impress Telfilm Ltd Faridur Reza Sagor, filmmaker Geetali Hasan, actress Shaila Sabi and cast and crews of the movie attended the show.
Popular actor Ferdous has paired up with Channel i Shera Nachiye star Shaila Sabi in the film for the first time.
The cast of the film includes Sohel Rana, Suchorita, Shaila Sabi, Ferdous, Boby, Neelima, Zahid Shikder, Abu Sayeed Khan, Sunny, Baby, Sarika, Rafi and Swarna, among others.
Produced by Impress Telefilm Ltd, the film is expected to be released across the country in the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.
It may be mentioned that after watching her haunting performance at Channel i Shera Nachiye, Ferdous asked Shaila to act with him. In fact, Shaila had a dream to work with Ferdous for long. For this reason, after getting the offer, she agreed to act against Ferdous in the movie, Shaila Sabi said.
While talking in this regard Shaila said, “I am excited as I am going to make my debut on big screen working opposite an actor like Ferdous. I hope the viewers will feel good watching the film, as it has an excellent storyline.” n
