Right-arm spinner Mehedi Hasan Miraz played the key role for Bangladesh to win over England in the second Test match recently. After completing the second Test in three days, Miraz went to his Khulna residence to spend his time with his parents. His parents are glad to get their son with them.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina announced on Wednesday that the Government would make a building for Miraz. Sheikh Hasina ordered to the Khulna DC to take steps to build a house for Miraz as early as possible.
Miraz captured seven wickets in his debut Test against England on October 24 in Chittagong.
The ‘Magic Boy’ scalped 12 wickets in the second Test in Dhaka on October 30. He grabbed 19 wickets in his debutante Test series and broke the 129 year’s record.
Miraz was adjudged the Man of the Series.
