Board of Directors of Prime Insurance Company has been re-elected Md. Zakiullah Shahid as Chairman and Saheda Pervin Trisha as Vice Chairperson recent board meeting, says a media release.
Md. Zakiullah Shahid is a dynamic entrepreneur and a Sponsor Director of the Company. He was the Chairman of the Company during the year 2014-2017, 2007 and 2002.
Mr. Shahid obtained his MSS Degree in Public Administration in the year 1987 from the University of Dhaka. He is also the Managing Director of Electra International Limited and the Chairman of Federal Securities & Investment Limited. His contributions towards socio-cultural and professional activities are quite remarkable.
Saheda Pervin Trisha was the Vice Chairperson of the Company in the year 2017 as well.
Trisha did her MBA from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. She was a Director of Prime Bank Limited and she is the Vice Chairperson of Prime Bank Investment Ltd. She is also a Director of VIP Shahadat Cold Storage, VIP Shahadat Poultry & Hatchery, Rangpur Agro Industries and Priyo Food Ltd.
