Prime Insurance Company Limited hosted its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) using Hybrid System on Sunday at its corporate office. This is worth mentioning that, Prime Insurance Company Limited is the first Company inBangladesh that holds an AGM using Hybrid System.
Md Nazrul Islam, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Prime Insurance Company Limited was presided over the meeting. Director Bayazid Muztaba Siddiqui and Company Secretary Enamul Haque Khan, among others, were present.
Company Secretary of Prime Insurance Company Limited conducted the AGM using Hybrid System to comply with the Directive of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
A moderate number of shareholders attended the Annual General Meeting in Hybrid System in combination of physical presence of shareholders at the venue of general meeting and presence or connection of shareholders by using digital platform or online platform.
