Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club sealed the third spot in Dhaka Premier League, after narrowly edging past Mohammedan Sporting Club to register a narrow three runs win in the last round of Super League phase at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium at Fatullah on Tuesday. After being sent to bat first, Prime Doleshwar put on 274-6 in the stipulated 50 overs. Mohammedan came agonizingly close to overhaul the target before suffering late order collapse to be restricted to 271-9 in 50 overs. For Doleshwar, Farhad Hossain was the highest scorer with 89. His knock was complemented by Shykat Ai’s 89 and Saif Hassan’s 65. Shafiul Islam took 2-39 for Mohammedan.
