President Md. Abdul Hamid will attend the 117th birth anniversary function of the National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam scheduled to be held tomorrow (May 25) at Chittagong outer stadium as chief guest
Ministry of cultural Affairs is organizing the anniversary programs of the poet. Meanwhile city mayor visited the event area at outer stadium and enquired the progress of the preparations. City Mayor visited the venue of the programs yesterday.
Law enforcing agencies and the district administration is watching the progress of the preparations, sources said. During the visit of the city mayor, councilor Saibal Das Sumon, Chamber Director Wahid Siraj Chowdhury, officials of CCC and Ctg District Krira Sangstha (CJKS) were present, sources added.
