President Abdul Hamid on Sunday put emphasis on expansion of training programme for achieving deserved development through creating skilled human resources.
“I believe Bangladesh Society for Training and Development (BSTD) and other training centers could play an important role in creating efficient manpower,” he said in a message on the eve of the National Training Day -2017.
President Abdul Hamid said in the perspective of globalization, climate change, free economy, free flow of information and technology transfer, it is important to develop competent workforce to ensure overall development of the country.
