President Abdul Hamid returned home on Sunday from London after a week-long visit there for his medical checkup.
A regular flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the President landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 12 noon.
On his arrival at the airport, the President was received by Finance Minister AMA Muhith, Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu, Liberation Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq and high civil and military officials.
The President went to London on August 28 and underwent medical check-up at Moorfield Eye Hospital and Bupa Cromwell Hospital there.
