President of Dhaka-based Noakhali Zilla Samity Shahab Uddin and Executive Member of Noakhali Club in Dhaka Jamal Uddin, among others, were present at a cake festival organised by Noakhali Club at the office of the samity in the city’s Purana Palton on Tuesday.
