Preparation camp for World Hockey League begins today

The Bangladesh national hockey team begin their preparation camp from today (Monday) for the World Hockey League round -2 scheduled to be held on March 4-12 next year.
The selected players will report to team’s German born head coach Oliver Kurtz today (Monday) at Moulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium at 2.30 pm.
To fully prepare the hockey team for the league, the Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) will arrange some practice matches. BHF already picked up fifteen more players from under-21 and 18 squad to keep at least two teams on the ground. Those who will able to show their good performance in the camp, will get chance to play for the national team later stage.
Those who called up for the camp are Abu Sayed Nippon, Mohidul Islam, Rokunuzzaman Sohag, Abdul Malek, Belal Hossain, Ratul Ahmed Anik, Sabbir Rana, Fazle Hossain Rabbi, Nayeem Uddin, Mahbub Hossain, Raju Ahmed, Rabbi Salehin Rocky, Dwin Islam Emon, Arshad Hossain and Shamim Mia.
