Title aspirants Dhaka Gladiators got off to a winning start as they dumped Hornets Sporting Club by 88-40 points in the inaugural match of the the UniMed and Un-Health Premier Division Basketball which began on Thursday at Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium in the city.
The winners led by 50-24 at the breather.
UniMed and Uni-Health Manufacturing Limited managing director Mosaddek Hossain formally inaugurated the meet as chief guest.
