Premier Cement’s 1st EGM held :The 1st Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Premier Cement Mills Limited was held through virtually on Wednesday while Mohammad Mustafa Haider, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. The 1st issue of the EGM is to changing the company name as ‘Premier Cement Mills PLC’ from ‘Premier Cement Mills Limited” in accordance with the Companies Act 1994 amendment 2020 under section 11 (ka). Mohammed Amirul Haque, Managing Director, Md. Jahangir Alam, Md. Alamgir Kabir, Directors, A.K.M Delwer Hossain, Fakhrul Islam, Independent Directors, Selim Reza, CFO (CC) and Kazi Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Company Secretary were present, said a press release.
