Premier Cement approved10pc cash dividend: Premier Cement Mills Limited has approved 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on 30 June 2020 for the shareholders of the company. The declaration came out at the 18thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held using digital platform on Monday. Mohammad Mustafa Haider, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting, said a press release. Mohammed Amirul Haque, Managing Director of the company gave a brief summary of Directors’ Report and replied to numerous queries of the shareholders. Md. Alamgir Kabir, Mohammed Ershadul Hoque, Directors, M. Mahfuzur Rahman, Fakhrul Islam, Independent Directors, Tarique Kamal, Chief Operation Officer, Md. Shafiqul Islam Talukder, CFO, Kazi Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Company Secretary and other executives of the company, were also present.
