PRAN UP introduces campaign to help cold-hit people

Popular beverage brand PRAN UP has taken an initiative to help clod-stricken poor people and create public awareness on the used plastic bottles. National film award winning actress Dilara Hanif Purnima is engaged with the initiative.
The campaign titled ‘Chhorai Bhalobashar Ushnota’ has been inaugurated through a program held at PRAN Center of the capital’s Badda on Thursday.
Anisur Rahman, Executive Director at PRAN Beverage Ltd said, “From January 24 to 30, a certain amount of money will be collected through depositing used bottles of PRAN at 20 best Buy outlets or keeping at winter booths of PRAN’s pick-up van in different parts of the country. After collecting money from these, PRAN UP will buy blankets and distribute the blanket among the cold-hit people in Dinajpur, Rangpur, Kurigram, Thakurgaon and Panchagarh”.
He also added, “The another aim of the campaign is to create public awareness on used plastics bottles. The initiative will help people to develop habit to drop used plastic bottles in specific place instead of throwing the bottles here and there to save the environment. We engage actress Purnima with our campaign due to her wide acceptance across all classes”.
Purnima said, “As a responsible citizen, I always participate social awareness campaign. I really want people come forward to support cold hit people and keep the environment clean. I thank authorities of PRAN UP for involving me with such kind of good initiative”.
 Atikur Rahman, Head of Marketing of PRAN Beverage Limited, Tanmoy Das, Brand Manager of PRAN UP, Zeaul Haque, AGM (PR) of PRAN-RFL Group and Mehedee Hasan, Senior Brand Manager of Best Buy were also present at the program.
