PRAN UP, a sister concern of PRAN Foods, has earned the title sponsorship right for the Bangladesh-Zimbabwe ODI and Twenty20 International series.
The series will be co-sponsored by PRAN-Frooto and will be presented by Power Drinks.
The announcement was made by Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) through a formal press conference on Sunday at the conference room of Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS). The logo of the series was also unveiled.
Earlier, PRAN sponsored the national team’s jersey in the Bangladesh-Pakistan series, and this time they will be sponsoring again, taking up the whole series.
“We are very pleased to have PRAN among us again. We are proud of the fact that only the Bangladeshi companies are coming forward and taking up the sponsorship rights in the International series.” BCB media committee’s chairman Jalal Yunus said at the press conference.
“We expect to have PRAN as a permanent partner in progress with us in future. I again thank PRAN for taking up the sponsorship rights of Bangladesh-Zimbabwe Series and also wish success for an exciting PRAN UP Cricket Series,” he added.
PRAN-RFL Group DMD Ahsan Khan Chowdhury said: “Bangladesh’s popularity is spreading throughout the World of cricket and we are really happy to get the title sponsorship of Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe Cricket Series. I hope that this series will be yet another great one for Bangladesh cricket team.”
