risingbd.com: Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited (Desco) disconnected electricity line of Khaleda Zia’s Gulshan office in the capital Dhaka in the early hours of Saturday. Desco disconnected the electricity line with the help of police at around 2:45am early today, said sources in BNP. Confirming the matter, Shamsuddin Didar, a BNP media wing member, told risingbd.com that it was a deliberate act by the authorities. “Sohel Rana, a Sub-Inspector of Gulshan police Station and Moksed Ali, a lineman of Desco cut the line in the early hours of today and there’s been no electricity from then,” Shamsuddin Didar claimed.
