A mobile court of the Chittagong Port Authority led by Executive Magistrate Rokeya Parvin evicted 200 semi pucca installations from the illegal possession of port owned land on Thursday .
The drive was conducted from Jetty No.15 to No.18 naval academy road point from 10 am to 3 pm at , a port sources said. During the raid, a total of 100 sataks of land recovered from the illegal possession. The estimated cost of the recovered land is about Tk.3 crores, sources added. Two platoons of police force, Ansars and port’s security men participated the drive of eviction, mobile court sources said.
