The farewell of the Independence and the blood strained month of March was observed in an exclusive arrangement through distribution of portrait of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman arranged by the Bangabandhu & 4 National Leaders Smriti Parishad in Chittagong on Friday .
On this auspicious day, over than 300 binding portrait of Bangabandhu were distributed in different organizations, offices and houses of the elites on Friday .
In connection, a programme of distribution of the portraits of Bangabandhu and his dynamic daughter Prime Minister was arranged at City Corporation office premises on Friday morning.
Professor of Chittagong University Dr Gyanbodhi Bikku presided over the distribution programme conducted by the secretary of the 4-national leaders Parishad Abdur Rahim.
The speakers in the distribution and discussion meeting emphasized the full implementation of the concepts and ideal of Bangabandhu for the better interest of the nation.
They urges all followers of Bangabandhu to preserve the portrait of the Father of the Nation compulsorily. The discussants in the distribution program called upon the patriot citizens of the country irrespective of caste and creed to follow the ideals of the great leader, sources added.
