Sheikh Arif Bulbon :With the regularity of works popular film actress Sadika Parvin Poppy has become busy again in the big screen. Few days ago, she started to take part in shooting of movie Sonabondhu. She also informed that she will act in several other movies within short time. As a part of her decision, Poppy’s new work is The American Dream. She will act in lead role in the movie.Story, Dialogue and script of the movie were also written by its director M Jasim Uddin. A view exchange meeting was held on Saturday at BFDC to disclose the matter.While talking in this regard Poppy told this correspondent, “Basically story of The American Dream has inspired to agree to work in this movie. In our country, many persons dream to go to USA. Main story of the movie revolves with this issue. I will act in role of Badhon in the film. I believe it will be a nice work.”Poppy also mentioned that within very short time shooting of The American Dream will start. The movie will be made in English language. Later it will be dubbed in Bangla. On the other hand, Poppy is acting against DA Tayeb in Jahangir Alam Sumon’s directed movie Sonabondhu now. Some shots of this movie have already been completed. But its next schedule yet not finalised. It may be mentioned that in last Eid, Poppy acted in three plays and telefilm. Poppy acted last released movie was late Abdullah Al Mamun’s Dui Beyaier Kirti, which was released on May 29 this year.
