Activist of Bangladesh Chhatra League, student wing of the ruling party Awami League went on rampage at Jessore Government MM College as a number of the activists of the student wing bagged poor score in practical examination in Physics on Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses said, activists of BCL went on rampage at the college suddenly at around 11am at the Physics department on the academic building chanting Joy Bangla slogans. They frequently ransacked the glasses and doors of the department for getting poor marks in third year examination that was published on January 26.
Professor Shafiul Islam, acting principal of the college and sub inspector Shakil of Kotwali police station confirmed the information of frequent ransacking.
