UNB, Bogra :A polytechnic student was slaughtered by some unidentified miscreants in Chilimpur Uttarpara area in the town on Thursday.The deceased was identified as Biplob, 18, a resident of the area and a student of BIIT, a non-government Polytechnic Institute.Assistant police super Gaziur Rahman said Biplob remained missing since he went out of home on Wednesday night to celebrate the 31st night. Local spotted his slaughtered body in a field in the morning and informed police, he said.On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical Hospital for an autopsy.Miscreants also took away Biplob’s motorbike ,a mobile phone set and cash.
