A Policy Dialogue on “Unpaid Care Work: Election Manifesto Perspective” will be held today at Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) Auditorium of Dhaka University (DU).
Action Aid Bangladesh (AAB) and Dhaka University Debating Society (DUDS) will jointly organise the programme in the afternoon as part of the Grand Finale of ‘National Debate Campaign-2018 on Unpaid Care Work’, said a press release.
State Minister for Finance and Planning Abdul Mannan will be present at the programme as the chief guest.
Researchers, academicians, political leaders, youth leaders and students from different Universities across the country will join the event.
Rahmat Ullah, Dean of Faculty of Law, Dhaka University, Nuh Alam Lenin, Former Presidium Member, Awami League; Mujahidul Islam Selim, President, Bangladesh Communist Party, Dr. Nazneen Ahmed, Senior Research Fellow of BIDS will address the event.
