Chhatra Dal, student front of BNP could not hold rally at Kazir Dewri Crossing yesterday following the resistance of the law enforcers .
Later, Chhatra Dal changed their venue from Kazir Dewri to Nasimon Bhaban office premises. The police resisted them at about 11 am yesterday. Protesting the false cases against the BNP chairman Begum Khaleda Zia, senior vice chairman Tarek Rahman and other senior leaders of the party, Chhatra Dal, Chitttagong city unit arranged this protest rally. As a scheduled programme of the central committee, this protest programme was arranged .
Presidentof the city Chhatra Dal unit Gazi Sirajullah presided over it and the general secretary Belayet Hossain conducted the programme .
General Secretary of BNP City unit, Dr. Shahdat Hossain graced the occasion as chief guest. Among others Asstt General secretary of central Chhatra Dal SM Salahuddin, Kamrul Islam, Jasimuddin spoke on the occasion.
