The police recovered five cocktails from the kitchen of a female day labourer at Bunoramnagar village under Abhaynagar upazila in Jessore on Thursday evening.
Confirming the information, sub inspector Imrul Karim, in-charge, Bhatpara police investigation camp told that being informed by the locals the police recovered the cocktails wrapped in polythene bag from the open kitchen of day labourer Hena Begum.
Golam Hossain, newly elected union council member of the locality told that police recovered the bombs from the residence of Hena after bing informed by him. ‘ Hena, earlier informed us that something was kept in her open kitchen’, he added.
The police deactivated the bombs.
