Chittagong Metropolitan police authority filed a suit before Bandar thana accusing Chairman of Jahan Ali Group Md. Noor Mohammad after detecting the cocaine in 185 liters of sunflower oil that seized by the customs intelligence in Chittagong Port recently. Mentionable that out of 107 drums of sunflower oil, cocaine detected in one drum of 185 liters. Following the directives of the Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate court , sub-inspector of Bandar thana Osman Gani filed the case under Narcotics control act on Saturday night . While contacted Additional Deputy police Commissioner(DB) SM TanverArafat told that Chairman of Jahan Ali group Noor Mohammad, his partner organization owner Golam Mostafa sohel and some unidentified persons were accused in the suit. Bandar thana will investigate the case, sources said.
