Jhalakathi Superintendent of Police (SP) Fatiha Yasmin distributed winter clothes among more than 100 helpless and cold-stricken people in Kathalia upazila of Jhalokathi on Wednesday night.
On behalf of the district police, SP Fatiha Yasmin put winter cloths on helpless cold-hit people at Binapani Bazar, Bus Stand, Taltola Bazar and Amua Sardar Para area in the upazila.
Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Habibullah, Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police (Rajapur Circle) Md. Sakhawat Hossain, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kathalia Police Station Purak Chandra Roy, OC (Investigation) Prabas Chandra and others were present at the time.
