The police detained a total of 59 people along with a one-shooter gun, a bullet, 261 pieces of Yaba pills and cannabis in overnight raid across the district till Monday morning, a press release issued by the office of superintendent of police, Jessore stated.
According to the press release, the police detained 69 people along with the arms and the drugs raiding several places across the district till Monday morning. Several cases were lodged with different police stations in this connection.
