Bangladesh Police will take on Bangladesh Ansar in the final of the Walton 5th National Men’s Baseball Competition at the Paltan Maidan today. The match begins at 10.00 am.
Bangladesh Police moved to the final defeating DMP by 12-8 points in the semi-final at the same venue on Sunday.
On the other hand, Bangladesh Ansar reached the final defeating Sirajganj District Sports Association by 13-1 points in the semi-final at the same venue on the same day.
Earlier, Operative Director (Head of Sports & Welfare Department) of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn inaugurated the baseball meet by releasing the balloons as the chief guest on Sunday.
President of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association Freedom Fighter Md Solaiman, General Secretary of the Association Aminul Islam Liton and Secretary of the Tournament Committee Azam Ali Khan were present at the time.
