Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Thursday proposed an allocation of Tk 801 crore for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) while Tk 16 crore for the President’s Office. The total amount of Tk 16 crore earmarked for the President office will be spent on non-development sector.
Of the proposed Tk 801 crore for the PMO, Tk 305 crore will be spend on non-development sector while Tk 496 crore on development sector.
The allocation for the President Office was Tk 14 crore for the ongoing fiscal then it was revised to
Tk 15 crore. The allocation for the PMO was Tk 761 crore and it was then revised to Tk 808 crore.
