Staff Reporter :Family members of some disappeared persons have urged the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to take effective measures to rescue their near and dear ones. They have alleged that eight persons, including Sajedul Islam Sumon, Zahidul Karim Tanveer, Abdul Quader Bhuiyan Masum, Mazharul Islam Russell, Asaduzzaman Rana, Al Amin, AM Adnan Chowdhury and Kawser Ahmed were abducted from different parts of the capital city by the members of law enforcing agencies on December 4 last year. Their whereabouts are still not known. Wailing members of the victims’ families are seen in the picture at a press conference at Nation Press Club on Thursday.
