Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returns home on Wednesday morning, wrapping up her weeklong visit to Germany and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage is scheduled to depart Abu Dhabi International Airport for Dhaka at early hours (12:15am, local time) on Wednesday and land at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7:00am (local time) on the same day.
Mohammad Imran, Bangladesh Ambassador to the UAE, will see her off at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. On February 14, the Prime Minister left Dhaka for Germany on her first overseas tour in her third consecutive term in office to attend a security conference in Munich and a defence exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
She joined the Munich Security Conference (MSC) 2019 held in Munich, Germany, while the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX-2019) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
