Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina released a memorial postal stamp marking the special session of the parliament on the “Mujib Borsho” to pay rich tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on his birth centenary.
The Prime Minister unveiled the postal stamp from her Sangsad Bhaban office on Thursday afternoon, PMO Press Wing sources said.
Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, Chief Whip Noor-E-Alam Chowdhury, Senior Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat Dr Zafar Ahmed Khan and Director (Stamps) of the Directorate of Post Md Altafur Rahman were present on the occasion.
