Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday expressed deep shock at the death of Hazrat Maulana Zubair-ul Hasan, Ameer of Biswa Tablig-e Jamaat. In a condolence message, the Prime Minister said in his death, Biswa Tablig-e Jamaat has lost its able Ameer, while the Muslim Ummah lost an eminent Islami thinker. Sheikh Hasina prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members as well as all members of Tablig-e Jamaat at home and abroad. Maulana Zubair ul Hasan died at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RML), formerly known as Willingdon Hospital, in New Delhi early on Tuesday morning due to a long illness. He was a son of former Ameer of Tablig-e Jamaat, Maulana Inam-ul Hasan, who was the third Ameer of Tablig-e Jamaat following Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Kandhalawi and Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Kandhalawi.
